Shipping Policy
Our delivery options are based on the size of product you order. Our small appliances, spares, under counter refrigeration and chest freezers are classed as a Standard Size parcel. All other products require a 2-man delivery.

For Small Items
The standard delivery option will appear for our small appliances, as well as any under-counter refrigeration or small chest freezers.
Our delivery services operate with a 2 pm cut-off time. Any orders made before 2 pm will be dispatched the same day, while those placed after 2 pm will be dispatched the following working day. If you order after 2pm on Friday, your items will be dispatched on Monday.
During checkout, you can select between two delivery options. Opt for our Standard delivery service for your order to arrive within 2 to 3 working days. Alternatively, choose our Next Day delivery service to receive your order on the next working day, provided you place your order before the 2 pm cut-off time.
It's worth noting that all items, excluding spares and consumables, come with Free Standard Delivery.
For Large Items
For our larger appliances we offer a standard 2-man delivery service, with installation and disposal as optional extras (excluding gas appliances). We have a 2 day dispatch time, and a delivery window of 3 to 5 working days. All 2-man orders come with a Room of Choice (Ground Floor) service.
As you are ordering you will have the option to include installation and disposals as part of your basket for an additional fee.
